Shipping
* On the day or the next day when the order is received
* Delivery time after shipment is 10 ~ 14 business days.
(It may be delayed due to customs clearance procedure.)
* It is not possible to ship products on Local Logistics Center holidays
* Buyer's products will be sent by international mail / international registered mail. After completion of delivery, e-mail will be sent automatically to the buyer's e-mail.
We use "E-packet", an international postal delivery method through the post office.
Re-turn / fund
* If the shipped items dose not match with you ordered, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. (It is not possible to exchange items with other products.)
* After opening the package can not be returned or exchanged.
* There are some restrictions when returning from overseas.
* Return by simple remorse or order mistakes it will be charged Return shipping cost.
Refund

The international postal mail method through the post office may have different delivery times depending on the country, and refunds are possible only when the return is confirmed by the seller and the product is normal when returned by the customs of the destination country.

Refund requests due to simple change of mind may be rejected or refund fees may be incurred.

Refunds are not allowed when the product is destroyed by customs clearance in the destination country.
